This Privacy Policy explains how David Padier Tradesman (“David,” “we,” “us”), a San Antonio home repair and carpentry tradesman business, handles information shared through gotoguydavid.com and when you contact us about work. Information We Collect
When you send a free estimate request on this website, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, property address or neighborhood, project type, timeline, budget range, and project description.
We also receive whatever you choose to share when you call, text, or email us, or when we visit your property to prepare an estimate.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site.
How We Use It
- To respond to your request and schedule an estimate.
- To prepare estimates, perform the work you approve, and communicate about it.
- To keep business records and protect against spam or misuse of the website.
How It Is Shared
David and Krisandra (Kris) Padier handle incoming estimates and business inquiries. Kris may access the contact and project information you share to help respond to your inquiry, arrange estimates, and coordinate communications about David’s work.
We do not sell your personal information. Estimate requests are stored with our website hosting and database provider and delivered through an email delivery provider to those handling David’s business inquiries. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or safety.
Submitting a request on this website does not send it to GO TO GUY NETWORK’s referral service.
Third-Party Services and Links
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and browser information. Links to Google reviews and other outside sites are governed by those sites’ own policies.
Text Messages
This website does not enroll you in any automated or marketing text-message program. If you text us, we reply to your conversation.
Keeping and Protecting Information
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, do the work, and keep business records. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no website or transmission is completely secure.
Your Choices
To ask what information we have about you, or to request a correction or deletion, contact us below. We will respond as required by applicable law.
